Evan Jeremiejczyk

Solicitor

 

Evan is a solicitor practicing primarily in criminal law and intervention orders. With a strong focus on client advocacy and a commitment to justice, Evan strives to ensure that every client receives clear guidance and support through what can often be a stressful court process.

Before entering the legal profession, Evan built a diverse and practical foundation across multiple industries. He spent over a decade in the geotechnical engineering field, preceded by seven years working as a mechanic. He has also served as CEO of a successful NDIS support business, gaining valuable experience in client care and community engagement. These varied roles have equipped Evan with a grounded, people-focused approach to legal practice.

Evan’s legal experience includes working as a Legal Caseworker with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, where he supported vulnerable individuals navigating complex immigration processes. He also holds a working knowledge of insurance law.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and completed his Practical Legal Training at The College of Law Australia. In addition to his legal qualifications, Evan is also qualified in building surveying, further complementing his multidisciplinary background.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys fishing, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family.
